Mrs Hall's class are loving being back at School. They have been learning all about home and school through Play Based Learning!
Our busy Classroom!
We have been so busy in Reception, Primary 1 and Primary 2. We have been learning all about ourselves and Autumn. We went on an Autumn walk. We made lots of crafts related to our topic. We love making letters, numbers and words in different ways. School really is a lot of fun!!
Our trip to the Jungle!
We went on an imaginary trip to the jungle in Garvagh Forest. It looked very much like a jungle although it was a little chilly! We had to pretend that we were tall trees. We saw crocodiles in the river!! We had to make jungle animals using sticks, pine cones and stones! We had great fun splashing in the puddles!
Rumble in the Jungle
We are learning all about the jungle and we are having so much fun!! During our topic time we made jungle masks. We painted some wonderful pictures of the jungle and jungle animals. We made jungles using sticklebrick and duplo and built jungle puzzles. We used puppets to perform jungle puppet shows. We made elephants, tigers, parrots and lemurs. We brought to school lots of jungle animals and created our own jungle to explore.
